We’re getting a new playground! Friends of McCormick Park has been hard at work making plans and we want your input. Please join us on Tuesday, June 4th at 6PM for an informal gathering to discuss what kind of playground would best suit our community. And bring a shovel and bucket because Councillor Bailão is hosting a Compost Day in the park. Free compost will be available to all. (Your garden will thank you.)

Clean Trains – Everyone should be concerned about the province’s plan to run up to 300 dirty diesel trains along the rail corridor to the airport, especially in light of the recent declaration by the World Health Organization that diesel exhaust causes cancer!
